Treatments for residential customers:
Initial treatment comprise of three components:
1. Talk with the customers to develop a customized treatment plan and understand what is to be expected.
2. Inspection of the structure to be treated.
3. Treatment of the property using IPM and material applications.
Interior treatments and inspections:
We inspect all areas of the house including for areas that are conducive to pests. We will treat all crack and crevice areas as needed, repair problems in the home that we can do with relatively easily. Dust wall voids that we access to. During certain times of the year certain pest can use your attic as a harborage area and we will inspect and treat as necessary during those times of the year.
Exterior service:
We will inspect the entire exterior of your home for entrance points that the pests are using to gain access to your home. If we can easily fix the areas we will do so, if it is a major project then we will let you know about it and it is your responsibility to have it repaired. We will also treat the outside of your home as agreed in your customized treatment plan.
95% of pest inside of the home originate right out side the exterior walls of your home. With this in mind, once the pest problem inside your home, it is our philosophy that we need to direct all of our efforts to the exterior to keep the “bugs” out. If at any time any pest problem occurs inside your home, we will take care of it immediately. This means if you have a problem and you tell us about at your regularly scheduled service, we will also treat that area of your home. If it happens between services, we will return at no additional charge, providing that any suggestions made to you by one of our experienced techs has been taken care of. This is how we keep our clients happy and waiting for our next visit.
