Order and Scheduling
Ordering a new service for your home or for an inspection of your business:
This can be done in a through a few different methods:
First, you can call us at 575-763-1867 any time between 7:30 am and 5:00pm monday through Friday and from 7:30am through 12:00pm on Saturdays.
(we do have after hours appointments available)
Second, you can fax us at 575-763-1195 24 hours a day Monday through Friday(faxes are checked at 9:00am, 1:00pm, and 5:00pm)
Third, you can e-mail us by clicking HERE
When e-mailing or faxing us, please include the following:
1. Your name
2. Your address
3. A contact number
4. e-mail address
5. Pest problems you are currently experiencing and the location you have been experiencing them.
6. Frequency of service desired (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, or One Time)
7. Day and Time you are requesting service(please give us a 2 hour window of time, when we confirm your appointment, we will reduce this time window.)
8. Best time and way to contact you ( i.e. e-mail or telephone and then a time of day as well)
Upon receiving your service request by fax or e-mail, we will contact you (by the means you request us to) to confirm the time and day of your new service or inspection. Please allow up to 1 business day for us to confirm your appointment.
